Founded as Rhaegan Technologies
Incorporated as Rhaegan Technologies LLP in India, and began working closely with Microsoft as a development partner.
- 2017
Acquisition & Microsoft partnership
Acquired by San-Francisco-based Dunst Consulting LLC. The founding team deepened the Microsoft development relationship, building enterprise products and platforms.

Independent consulting
The team operated as independent consultants across AI, data and cloud engagements.

Reformed as a new consulting group focused on AI literacy and research - publishing at Springer’s Future Technology Conference with the National University of Singapore.
